What types of payment do you accept?
All payments are made through Paypal or Stripe. If you don’t have an account you can use a credit card. Paypal is a secure payment gateway we use to take your payments.

What Countries do you ship to?
We only ship to New Zealand & Australia at the moment but please do email me if you would like a custom order overseas. Haze Road is not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be applied when the package reaches your country.
Shipping within NZ is $6.50 for A4 and $8.40 for A3. Free shipping when you spend over $50
How long will my delivery take to arrive?
The delivery time depends on the day of order and distance. All orders are sent via Tracked Parcel Post. Please allow approx 7-10 working days within NZ (NZ POST ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING DELAYS). Do you create custom orders?
I sometimes do custom orders but can only take on a very small number of requests. Please do get in touch if you have something in mind.
Can I return the product if I am not happy?
If you are not happy with your Haze Road print you can return it. Just send it back in its packaging within 7 days of receiving it and we will provide a refund or exchange. (Postage is non-refundable unless the item is faulty).
What are your Christmas Shipping Dates?
To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas please order by the dates listed below. (These dates are a guide and cannot be guaranteed) We will be closing the shop for orders on 1 December.
